These terms apply when you use the Vovve website or join the Vovve waitlist. By joining, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Waitlist

By checking the consent box and joining, you ask Vovve to send occasional waitlist, product-development, launch and availability emails to the address you provide. Joining does not guarantee product availability, a release date, pricing or access.

Leaving the waitlist

You may withdraw your consent and leave the waitlist at any time, without charge, through the unsubscribe link included in every Vovve marketing email. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before it was withdrawn.

Health information

Vovve is being developed as a wellness product. Information presented by Vovve is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always contact a qualified veterinarian when you are concerned about an animal’s health.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit another person’s email without permission, or use automated systems to make fraudulent submissions.

Intellectual property

The Vovve name, logo, website, design, and related materials belong to Vovve or its licensors. These terms do not grant a right to copy or commercially use them.

Availability and liability

The website is provided as available and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vovve is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as Vovve develops. The date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects the waitlist or your consent, we will provide appropriate notice before it applies.
