Privacy

This policy explains how Vovve, based in Stockholm, Sweden, handles information submitted through this website. It applies to the launch waitlist only. The Vovve app will have a separate privacy policy before release.

What we collect

We collect the email address you submit, the date and time you gave consent, and the version of the terms you accepted. An email address is personal data, so the signup is not anonymous. We do not ask for your name, address or a marketing profile.

Why we use it

We use your email only to manage the waitlist and send the Vovve product, launch and availability updates you requested. The legal basis is your consent. We do not use the waitlist for automated decision-making or profiling.

Storage and sharing

We do not sell, rent or give your email to other companies for their own use or advertising. It may be processed by providers that host the website or deliver Vovve emails, only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where required, Vovve will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist is no longer needed. Limited records may be retained where required by law or to respect an unsubscribe request.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in every Vovve marketing email. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect waitlist data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as Vovve develops. The current version and date will remain available on this page, and material changes will be communicated where required.
